The vision for this community, involves financial assistance and affirmative action plan for the people belonging to this community on a short term basis, and implementation of comprehensive skill development programs for these people of the mentioned community so that people of these community, can get respectable and good paying jobs on their own. It will also make these people to become the role models for their whole community that will encourage others to learn, develop and join the main stream of the economy. The students of this community, should also get admission in good colleges with some relaxations. It will be a small reparation to the community who have suffered a lot in the past.

So, the goals are as follows:

1. To provide immediate assistance to help them maintain the livelihood

2. Involve in vocational skill development programs so that they can get jobs

3. Educate them to become ready for the industry and help their own community

4. Stringent enforcement of the laws that are created to protect the community such as anti-discrimination laws

Above goals are identified on the basis of poor economic conditions, less income earned by them in comparison to the white Americans, Asians and Hispanic in the country. Besides, the community has suffered in terms of forced movement from one area to another area, lack of voting rights in the past. It makes them worthy of reparation.
