It is important to note that the physician education must be an essential component of all documentation efforts at the medical facility because it helps to give priorities of improving the documentation culture.

Some of the challenges faced at CDI are

• As there are possibilities of less time given by the physicians, it becomes tedious to get and complete the report at the given time. If the CDI is not been taken at the time of the patients' necessity, it becomes difficult to get the result of the report.
• Whenever the CDI education sessions are arranged, the physicians should be provided with the proper incentive scheme and the benefits for the completion of the session
• Any activity related to any domain will always have a cause and effect of it. There can be a difference of opinion between those who attended and not attended. Any type of ambiguities should be cleared in a good manner.
