What do you think a society without laws would be like?
Society without laws can't exist and sustain for long. Laws are mandatory thing to be in discipline and to progress continuously. Laws shape the society laws decides and regulates the society behaves.
If there is very strict laws for everything then this enhance the frustration between the society members and they try not to follow laws. This makes an adverse effect on society and growth.
If there is familiar laws like nor too strict and also not so easy then these laws makes society better for living for all. These laws motivates and push society to move forward.
If there are no laws in society then no one is secured. Anyone take power in their hand and do whatever he want.If there is no law then there is no fear of anything for anyone. They all become lazy and unproductive. They can't find any motive in their life because they have no fear to work hard and to move forward.
You can imagine this as when your parents go out then there is no restrictions on you. Then you can do whatever you want. By getting this freedom you ruins all of your day in unproductive work and never take responsibility of anything and you just try to escape from answering to yourself and you just try to enjoy the moment you get.
This is the same situation of society in the absence of laws.
Now you can understand and imagine how society looks like without laws.
