Expert Solution

Ans) the most appropriate answer to this question is that we sleep to give our body rest. Similarly as every machine needs rest so does the human body which is the most well developed machine, also needs rest. Sleep rejuvines energy and helps feel fresh and energetic. It aids the body to function well which is very necesaary for the long run. Sleep is also necessary as it normalizes blood pressure and also flushes out toxins. Sleep helps the body and the brain to repair, restore and reenergize.

Strengths:-

1) sleep helps in reducing stress
