Soren Aabye Kierkegaard Is a Christan philosopher and theologian who said that the tragedy of life is for gaining experiences , effecting which we looks backs in our lives but we need to look forwards with courage to lead life with confidence.

Anxiety is such a situation in which a person fails to fulfils his or her wish and also dont find the way out to solve the issue. failures gives us depressions and due to lack of interests person afraid of taking another steps in that regard. In such situations courage is the thing in which helps the persons to have faith again on the matter to move forward. Self trust is the key thing here which gives good results.

Source of courage in anxiety or crisis is the passion to achieve anything for which he or she thrives for. So to act properly one has to choose the job for which he or she is performing as passion is a self made thing which created from the interests only.
