Alzhiemer's and Parkison's disease are different type of neurological disorder.

Alzhiemer disease is the progressive form of dementia. It will be treated by some type medicine .which are,donepezil ,rivastigamine used to increase acetylcholine in the brain.

°Nursing intervention- Nursing intervention based the promoting patient function and independence for as long possible .

•Establish effective communication

• Helps in the physical activity

• Provide quite and comfortable environment to patient .

While Parkinson's disease leads to decrease the dopamine level in brain .so medicine prescribed to increase the dopamine level in the brain which are ,Carbidopa ,levodopa etc

•Nursing intervention for Parkinson's disease- nursing intervention are to help the daily activity .

• daily check neurological status of the patient

• provide easy ,chewable food

• provide high calorie ,high protein high fiber diet

Generalized seizure - further divide in two type

•Absence seizure- also called petit seizure .in which patient lap

•Tonic clonic seizure

Focal seizure - these type of seizure disturbed the only one area of the brain.

°Simple focal seizure -twitching or change in sensation in the small part of brain only

°Complex focal seizure-in this type of seizure , affected person unable to answer or response or direction for few minute.

Secondary genralized seizure - in this type seizure ,start in one part of brain and it will spread to both side.

•Nursing intervention- Nursing intervention use to prevent the patient from any complication at the time of seizure .which are,

° first of all , prevent the patient from any trauma or injury due to seizure will occur.

°Nurse should be maintain clear airway .nurse provide flat position during seizure.

°Educate the patient regarding the warning sign of seizure .

° Educate the patient regarding what you have do ,when you feel warning sign.

•Meningitis- Meningitis is the inflammation of meninges. Which are protective layer of brain and spinal cord( piamater, arachnoid mater and duramater).

°Provide the bed rest to the patient in supine postion

°Check vital sign and GCS at the intervals to check furture brain injury

°Strictly monitor the intake outpout of patient patient.

°Check the sensory function of the patient.
