Identify three conditions that would need to be implemented (or have already been implemented) in your organization to create a culture of innovation and change.
A culture can affect behavior and outcomes of performances. One way of creating a culture of innovation in an organization is coming up with a time structure as in most cases people feel they have notime to spare. With such a structure, for instance paying individuals during off days, innovation would get the time it necessitates for development. Measuring what is meaningful for an innovation is another way where the challenge of turning ideas into the real thing is mitigated. For instance with an idea of having a fast food restaurant, one can single out all factors related to the business such as the growing number of customers who go for fast food. This would aid in figuring out how strong the idea is. Thirdly, by giving out rewards even if they are not of high worth motivates individuals to remain being engaged. This would work better by having an idea of the rewards the individuals in the type of organization in question would yearn for.
