The tax system has long been debated with regards to fairness. Of course, no one likes to pay a large tax bill, but the central question in any discussion of tax policy includes questions about fairness and who should pay, and who should reap the benefits? Provide your reasons. Then consider a similar system for class grades. For example, assuming only a small percentage of students in this class score an A, should the same concept be used for redistributing (or keeping) the grades each student receives? Provide your reasons.

Tax system faireness:

Tax is huge financial source of Goverment which assist to smooth organization various departments to welfare of state.and public service .this service include educational system , elder pension, public transportion etc .people pay tax on the basis of their Economic strength.Tax is a mandatory financial charge by Govermental organization.people will get punished by law if fail to pay tax.But now question arise about faireness of tax pay . Most of the people who have political power are not pay tax fairely. On the other hand , many middle class people are not included in liable to pay tax.so it is very important to make clear actually who should pay tax or not.There is many department who should not pay tax like interest income form savings bank , share in partnership firm , allownce for forginer service etc . In India, from 2lakh rupees to 3 lakh ,10% should pay.various corporate sector , IT department etc major part to pay income tax .so it is that goverment should make more stirict rules and regulations to achieve proper tax from those people and organization to have liable to pay it. Besides , amount received under voluntary retirement and scholarship or award are exempted from tax .

Redistributing the grade:

A grade is provide those students who have show outstanding performance .in normal probablity Curve , small students comes under high grade but most of students are come under average.so it is not possible to make equal or redistributing same grade . Because there is diffrence on the basis of ability and strength.
