Expert Solution

The DNA of people management practices is a soft leadership skill. The morale of staff and their motivation affects business productivity. It is a key to successful management change.

In running a business, many challenges come in many forms that affect business growth, such as cash flow, response to competition, nurturing the business culture, market changes, etc. The company needs to overcome these challenges for successful business growth.

Establishing cultural freedom provides a happy environment in the company workplace that provides strength such as high productivity by employees, motivation, improve decision making, increase the loyalty of the company, complete the work within time.

Empowerment provides strength to the company. It encourages employees to actively look out, improve the quality of functionality, increase the company reputation and consumer perceptions, and offer cost benefits to the company.

The company's downside grows more substantial: cash shortage, complex management system, decline the quality level, loss of customers and sales, no enough space for work efficiently, etc.
