The fact-based decision making can be seen as a systematic activity that mainly gives importance to the collection of the suitable data and to maintain a high degree of data, having the nonjudgmental analysis to come up with the inputs, analyzing all the possible advantages and disadvantages and to select the most suitable business decision which is supported by the rational and analysis in comparison to the thumb rule, guesswork or hunch.
