* Inorder to enable girls to acquire different occupational skills, both boys and girls should be treated equally while developing their occupational skills. Girls should not be socialized in a way that encourage them to take up traditional female dominated occupations as teaching jobs, office jobs or the social work jobs instead they should be encouraged according to the aptitude and interest of theirs in various occupations. Similarly, boys should not be socialized to view particular jobs as man's job or woman's job instead they should be socialized in a way that makes them to respect the job whether it is carried out by a man or woman. Hence, socialization of boys and girls should be gender free regarding the occupations.
