Subject: Favourite Pastime

Dear Joni,

Through this email, I want to share with you about the favourite pastime of my family. We are a big Spanish family who like spending time together. But due to the rapid pace of life, we do not get opportunity to meet regularly and it gets harder as the time proceeds. However we make it a point to meet on every weekend.

Every weekend, we gather at the pre-discussed house of one of the relatives and indulge in some great Barbequing and cooking. We like to celebrate our heritage. During weekends, we gather at the venue and discuss the menu. The females of the family make the bread as well as the traditional desserts. The male members of the family indulge in setting up the barbeque and discussing politics over wine and snacks. The children, usually get involved in some outdoor game in the morning and board game by night. In the night, we like to see some old classic movie on a projector, or simply dance and indulge in classic music. This is most common and happening way in which we like to spend our weekends.

I am highly interested in knowing about the favourite pastime of your family and friends. Do share your views about our pastime.
