I will give a score of 7 out of 10 in my political skills, which is a decent score. I am quite political when it comes to tricky situations but overall I am not a completely political person.
I use diplomacy more often, this is a political behaviour that I generally use and get successes in it as it is quite smooth and witty.
There is a lot of scope for me to change and develop some new political skills. I need to practice diplomacy more, one way of improving the skills is to practice it with my friends and Office colleagues, I will be getting a lot of feedback using which I will definitely improve my political skills.

My networking skills are quite average and hence I would rate is as a 6 out of 10, there is huge of amount of scope for me to improve the networking skills. The most important thing that I would do to improve my networking skills is to be become much more active on LinkedIn, I will participate more in public forums so that I get to meet new people and can strengthen my social network.
