1). Because classical physics deals with macroscopic systems i.e with those systems which can be seen by naked eye whereas modern physics deals with those systems which cannot be seen by naked eye but have been confirmed by experiments only. The theory of relativistic quantum mechanics is applicable to massive particles propagating at all velocities up to those comparable to the speed of light c, and can accommodate massless particles. The theory has application in high energy physics, particle physics and accelerator physics ,as well as atomic physics, chemistry and condensed matter physics. So it is best.
2). The four fundamental physical quantities are mass, length, time, and electric current.
3). The fundamental units cannot be derived from anything else but the derived units are derived from fundamental units.
4).
Easy to Use: Calculations of metric measurements are easy to perform.
A Decimal System: Because the metric system is a decimal system of weights and measures, it is easy to convert between units (e.g. from millimetres to metres, or grams to kilograms) simply by multiplying or dividing by 10, 100, 1000, etc.
Avoids Errors: When working with just one measurement system, it is much less likely that errors will occur.
