solution:

given data:

Each mission system and support system:

Identify what each component consists of an Imaging Company Information System:

The information system combine to convert data into information through integrate and coordination on network.

The different types of components on information system are given below:

  1. Hardware: The hardware consists on input, output, processor and operating.
  2. Software: The software consists on different programs and procedures.
  3. Database: The data base consists on the data and information in the required structure.
  4. Network: The network consist on the communication media and other network devices.
  5. People: The people are of device operators.

These five components refers to as input, process, output, feedback and control of the organization. In the input stage the data are provided and in the process stage it is programmed and the output is produced as a report on to achieve on the goal of the organization.

2. Recall that the set Q of rational numbers consists of equivalence classes of elements of Z × Z\{0} under the equivalence relation R defined by: (a, b)R(c, d) ⇐⇒ ad = bc. We write [a, b] for the equivalence class of the element (a, b). Using this setup, do the following problems: 2A. Show that the following definition of multiplication of elements of Q makes sense (i.e. is “well-defined”): [a, b] · [r, s] = [ar, bs]. (Recall this...

An electrical system consists of 2 components (C1 and C2) functioning independently and are set in a parallel layout. The failure time of each component follows an exponential distribution with rate 2 every year. Identify the failure density of system if i) the system functions if and only if both components function. Hence, calculate the probability of the system failing in less than 8 months. ii) the system can function only on anyone functioning component. Hence, determine the probability of...

An encryption-decryption system consists of three elements: encode, transmit, and decode. A faulty encode occurs in 0.7% of the messages processed, transmission errors occur in 1% of the messages, and a decode error occurs in 0.1% of the messages. Assume the errors are independent. Round your answers to four decimal places (e.g. 98.7654). (a) What is the probability of a completely defect-free message? (b) What is the probability of a message that has either an encode or a decode error?

Q1: An electrical system consists of 2 components (C1 and C2) functioning independently, and are set in a serial layout. The failure time of each component follows an exponential distribution with rate 2 in every year. Thus the system will operate if both components function, and it will fail if any one component fails. (a) Obtain the failure density and distribution of the system (b) Obtain the survival function/distribution of the system. (c) Based on your answer in (a) and...

Experiments show that each element in the periodic table has a unique set of spectral lines. What is the best explanation for this observation? Each atom has a unique nucleus. The number of electrons within each atom is unique. Each element has a unique set of interactions between its electrons and its protons. The motion of the electrons within each atom is unique. Each atom has a unique set of energy levels.
