Your report must include:
 A brief description of the organizational setting of the bank and project environment to ensure the
reader understands the context in which the project is set.
 An outline of the objectives of the internet banking site project and the importance of the project to the
organization and project stakeholders.
 A detailed overview of the feasibility study conducted at all three levels in relation to the internet banking site.
Technical Feasibility (“Can it be built?”)
 Operational Feasibility (“Will it work?”) and
 Financial/Economic Feasibility (“Does it generate reasonable net profits or does it bring
net economic benefit?”)
 Using at least TWO (2) appropriate investment appraisal tools, make recommendations

In order to manage such a lengthy product line, it is becoming hectic for the banks to handle such a wide range of products. Hence, banks have introduced an online banking so as to manage its product range.

Objectives of internet banking site project:

1. Handling product line of the banks.

2. Handling ever increasing customers of the bank

3. Providing valued experience to the customers.

4. Providing customers with the facilities for conducting the banking transactions at their comfort ability.

Internet banking facility can be built as there are various software companies that are interested in making and handling the banking site.

Internet banking site will definitely work if the project would be handed over to the software company who are having sufficient expertise to handle the technical aspect of work.

If the organisation has sufficient reserves and surplus, then it can outsource the project to the software company otherwise company can borrow the funds from the bank to ensure that the software will work.
