Solutions

Expert Solution

1. Technology

A. As a part of the project, there is a need to provide dog collars which would have inbuilt GPS trackers and would be used to track the dogs in case they go missing from the shelter.

B. Also it is required to build an online website for the company which is essential to popularise it among the people and government and let them know about it. Hence they would become aware of the goals of the company and be associated with it in future.

C. Also big data analytics is required in order to store information about the project, build plan and disseminate information in the right manner as well as analyse it.

2. Legal

A. Legal implications resulting out of the project need to be taken into account as well. All the approvals such as regulatory approvals, government agency approvals etc need to be in place before starting the company.

B. Contract must br formulated for opening and working of the company and the company must make sure that any illegal activity is not carried out, otherwise it has to bear legal consequences.
