The affirmative action plan(AAP) is designed to provide equal employment opportunities. The principle behind the action proves that in a non-discriminatory manner, the contractor's workforce usually reflects the gender, race and ethnic background of the team that the contractor selects and selects.

AAP consists of analytical components that include a number of quantitative analyzes designed to evaluate the composition of a contractor’s workforce and compare it with the relevant work pool. AAPs also have action orientation programs. If women and minorities are not recruited as quickly as expected due to their availability in the relevant workforce, the contractor validation program includes specific practical steps to be taken. Designed to address this incompetence.

An effective validation program also includes an internal audit system and a reporting system as a means for measuring contractors' progress toward the workforce that would be expected in the absence of discrimination. The additional validation program provides equal opportunities for employment by arranging for equalization of contractor loyalty in all areas of the work process, including information activities, recruitment, training and other activities.
