Explain how does health care need to change to achieve better outcomes?
We can say that the biggest change that any healthcare organization needs to implement is to end the structure which follows a specialized approach, rather, we need to base the decisions and evaluations based on the outcome it achieves.
In the easiest sense, we can describe this as abandoning the current structure towards one where the healthcare is held accountable for every decision, every condition specific practices as well as any decision relating to the expansion of the organization be it geographically or capacity wise. We can say that this structure would be the best fit for the organizations due to the fact that it takes into account the current structure, inclusion of integrated teams, current competency, the current technology which is used in order to solve a problem. The organization also need to be able to achieve a better quality of healthcare which can only come from better management of their per patient expenses, management of inventory, utilization of EHR practices as well as avoiding any unnecessary costs.
The healthcare is in the need to utilize the BID DATA systems and create effective plans based on the insurance coverage, facilities, serving capacity as well as staff management practices as well.
Policy reforms need to be created in order for the organization to assess the changes and implement them in their day to day working, which, as a result creates a better understanding of the situation as well as adhere to the principles of quality management which are necessary for any organization to take into account in order to create the required measurements, control factors and monitoring capacity to support the decision making processes at every stage.
