How can you use transmedia strategies to communicate this ethos (persuasive) ? What will your CSR messaging be? Describe a strategy that could use 2-3 different media platforms to get your corporate identity out to the public.
The CSR messaging I would like to persue using different media strategy would be something to show the communication that is relevant to the public.
Thus, using the three important strategies and media channels to target the young audience which is most prominent to be used by the same audience is social media channels, television channels and also public relations.
For example, Amazon if has to create a corporate image in the market and also within the public, the comapny uses mainly three different approach to reach out the customers making them attract and retain with the brand quality.
The company has already made a social media account to engage with the customers on the daily basis. It posts relevant offers, posts, and content on the social media to engage with the customers and create a popularity within the customers. By doing the poll and creating effective stories and engaging materials, personal relationships are nurtured.
The company also uses TV advertisements to reach the mass customers showing their videographic advertisements and schemes they have offered over a large population. It also helps in showing showing the new offers and schemes lauched by the Amazon to reach not only young but also middle age and old population markets.
Apart from this, printed media is also used by the Amazon to describe and show relevant advertisement in the printed form as the psychology says that printed information retains more than a simple graphical information.
All of these strategies combined together helps in making the company create an effective corporate strategy and CSR activities making the customer satisfied and happy with the company.
