Monitoring our own work is a great way to enhance our skills and to improve our daily performances in becoming a better person, for improving of activities, to reach a desired goal, getting support for practicing more on activities and more. Monitoring makes us to improve our behaviour, attitudes, vision, thoughts, activities, positivity, discipline, getting appraisal in the job and many more.

The two strategies which I can use to monitor my own work are:

1. Attitide

2. Keeping file

Attitude is one of the major aspect in elevating our standard in any area either in education, job, expertise and so on. By using of the attitude checking our behaviour is reflected. Maintaing of the positive attitude is important in any situation to lead a happier life.

Keeping files on daily events, activities, on my work it will become even better, to change myself even the things go wrong at some points. Filing the things by writing in a dairy or some other forms of documentation helps to mould the behaviour towards good things and to eliminate negative things which will cause damage to physical, mental and social health.

In order to achieve goals in the life daily work should be monitored by using of the strategies to ensure the standards of support maintainance.
