when do you begin taking action to meet your goals? when do you see
significant progress ? when do you review your plan to check your
progress?
As soon as we have the required baseline values set, the required data collection process completed, the data analyzed and the needs assessed, we can say that we can begin taking the required actions in order to create the required processes which will enable us to adhere to our goals in the process. A significant progress is seen after the secondary data is utilized, this data is what is collected after we implement the plan of action after creating the decisions based on the controlled factors of the initial assessment as well as data. This is also where the most amount of monitoring is required in order to determine if the plan that is set in motion is a good fit for the needs of the company and to be able to satisfy the factors required in order to create the necessary values to achieve the scope. The review process is done after the completion of every phase of assessment, such as design, planning, development, testing etc. but the plan is reviewed as soon as the primary data is received after the baseline values are set and the projections are created in order to determine the needs of the strategic plan.
