when you ran regression on PH stat, do not forget to check anova and coefficient table, if want to see practical significance of model.

then from output obtained, look for p-value.

significance F value is p-value for overall model

and two p-values below(in picture) is for intercept and variable

if p-value<α ,then that is significant, otherwise not.
