Reliability:

Reliability is nothing but the extent to which the measured values are consistent. The process can said to be reliable when it gives similar results under ideal conditions.

Reliability is important parameter in analysing the HR decsions because, reliability condition shows how well the HR deicisions are made to the organizations. Reliability explains the consistency that has been maintained in HR decisions which gives similar results in all other conditions.

Reliability factor also help the HRs to make modification to HR policies when the outcomes are deviated from the standard outcomes. Thus helps to maintain the consistency in the organization with regard to human resources.

Good output human resources and profit from the organization all the time shows that the company have maintained the ideal condition in the HR selection thus it should give similar results hence the HR selection should be reliable.
