Submit a short review of what you learned by teaching others the importance of a PM Topic - Technique. Include what you would do the same, differently or recommendation you would make to yourself for future "teaching" opportunities.
The teaching session on "the importance of Project management" was good in every sense. While teaching I had a good team of students who valued the importance of session and I myself tried to handle every doubts or question, proper and convincing responses to their query.
There were several observations made by me during the session which I realized are good to consider for my professional growth. I am going to implement these findings in my teachings and somethings which could not add sufficient value will be replaced.
I will encourage candidates for a two-way dialogue during the entire session. This gives a chance for both parties to know each other and finally leads to a great session. missing of fun activities or sessions could make it boring, so I will try to incorporate them in my next session. Since the class is face to face, there must be a piece of paper for every candidate participating in the session, later we could use it as a feedback. The presentations worked due to the content as an infographic and thus I will be practicing the same form next sessions. Real-time examples were very interesting and I got to know that students willingly listen to any real-time work-related scenarios, this gives them a chance to handle the scenario. So, a real-time and practical example is definite to demonstrate from the next sessions.
I would recommend candidates to do some homework for the session, this develops more chances of interaction during the session. A five-minute break at regular interaction is good, this maintains their attention and they listen to things very attentively.
