Following are the five programs which we can put in place for children who have positively deviated from the norm, to also benefit from teaching and learning:

(1)Small groups teaching program: Forming small groups of two or three students within the class grouped according to their level can help with personalizing the teaching while not sacrificing class instruction time.

(2)Thematic instruction program: Thematic instruction is where a single theme is tied into multiple subject areas. This method of teaching has been shown to be very effective in special education classrooms.

(3)Opening Doors program: This helps to disseminate information and provide resources to children have positively deviated from the norm. For example, the program designed for children with hearing loss problems maintains up-to-date information on services for hearing loss individuals, as well as providing technology resources to help these children cope with their difficulties in communication.

(4)Educational Scholarship programs: These funded education programs in collaboration with government can help to relieve the burden of educational costs on special needs families.

(5)Educational Leadership program: These educational program can help children with special needs to develop their leadership potential and higher functioning.
