Ethical guidelines are used by Psychologists to define work that is right or wrong and which does not affect the participants.
These guidelines can be presented as questions also.Information can be taken from children,youth and elderly people.Regarding any activity question can be asked if the activity was useful,how helpful was the activity and what did you all learn,funds gathered to create the activity,was the activity good or bad etc.
sharing of information should be done carefully and safely.Information needs to be shared due to many reasons like giving or providing knowledge to people,helping people by sharing information they need,providing right information is also a task.Privacy is also important in sharing information.privacy of a person should not be revealed while sharing information in critical situations.

Servant leadership is a way of serving people,focusing on strengths rather than weakness.Its about focusing on future programs and building a good nation. Due to some situation like no focus or disturb mindset it is sometimes not possible to become a servant leader in every situation.

psychologically safe means feeling secure and acceptable within the group or team members.Enjoying to work with the group amd expressing the feelings,making free and comfortable dicision with the group members. Able to take correct decision for the group and feeling respected is all about psychological safety.

In group experiences there are many a times ups and downs to come to a conclusion and take a decision in which all team members have different point to put forth.moral exclusion happens in a group in which some team members try to put their things or aspects in a way just by comparing or showing superiority or placing a blame on the members of the team.
