BPR- is a corporate management strategy, pioneered in the 1990s, concentrating on the evaluation & design of workflows /procedures in a firm. It aims to aid firms basically reconsider how they do their work to dramatically enhance consumer service, lessen operational expense.

Six Sigma- is a collection of instruments for process enhancement. It was proposed by Bill Smith at Motorola in 1980. Its strategies seek to enhance the output’s quality of a process by detecting & eliminating the causes of defects & reducing variability in production. It utilizes a collection of quality management methodologies, chiefly statistical methods & develops a special infrastructure of persons within the firm who are experts in these methodologies.
