The most fever patient coming to the hospital not have Ebola disease but the staff members have enough idea how to identify and manage patients who are in doubt of having Ebola disease. Staff members should follow three keywords identify, isolate and inform. Every patient should be asked whether he/she travels outside the country within in 21 days. If a patient found to be Ebola virus disease effected, the infection control unit should be informed immediately. The affected patient should be isolated in a closed room. All precautions should be taken to prevent transmission from direct or indirect contact (proper hygiene, restricted movement, protective types of equipment). To minimize transmission risk, only essential health workers decided role should be allowed to take care. A protocol should be maintained before entering and exiting the room. a face shield, fluid resistant gown, gloves should be compulsory worn by the caring staff. It can be possible that Ebola virus disease could be spread through sex or other contacts with semen from men who have survived Ebola. Until more information is known, avoid contact with semen from a man who has had Ebola. family and friends in close contact with Ebola-affected patients are at the risk of falling sick because there are chances of coming in contact with infected blood or body fluids. Ebola virus disease also can be spread through direct contact with objects (like clothes, bedding, needles, syringes/sharps or medical equipment) that have been contaminated with infected body fluids. some evidences of people can become sick with Ebola after coming in contact with infected wildlife.
