As more and more companies compete in the digital marketplace, the playing field has become “noisy”. How does a company overcome the noise and retain its customers? Share two approaches you feel an organization can take to overcome this challenge. Describe them in details.

No doubt that in today's world from pin to plane everything is on digital space and the things which were earlier not there this pandemic has brought them also onboard. When there are too many vehicles on the road the level of noise is also at its peak similarly the noise on digital space has increased leaps and bounds. The moment you enter your internet space there are so too many ads, pop-ups, messages, banners, and many things. But the question is how many of them attract customers' attention? How many of them convinces the customer to actually click and land on their site before the customer starts there own thing? Now here organizations need to make a difference. Brands can't spend too much time explaining what they are, one has typically 8 to 9 seconds to attract or connect with customers hence the key to cutting through that noise is short messages and great visuals. It's crucial to combine visuals with the message. It is being said visuals are processed much faster than text and brands cannot just rely on words to get there message heard. Consumers need to be able to visualize your product or service in their lives before they buy. More than 80% of buyers make a purchase after seeing the video of the product. Humour is the best way to attract people.COme up with something that is short, catchy, and humorous this will increase the traffic on your site. Increased traffic is like an increased footfall in the shop. The more people visit the more is the chance of sales. An adult sees his phone or scroll through his phones every 10 seconds on average, hence take that as an opportunity and be where there are customers like Facebook, Twitter, gaming platforms, etc.People of every age group are found on these sites to deliver the content as per the segmentation. Don't ask for any details as it irritates customer first provide them with value if they are convinced they themselves will provide with all required information.

Hence from above, it is clear how to cut the noise and make a way through. Digital noise is a major barrier for those who don't know how to use it or don’t understand the needs and expectations of their consumer.Deliver message in a consumable way success will be measurable and sustainable.
