Google has adopted low cost strategy( Cost strategy ) to tap its customers based at global locations. It has provided access to web search in low prices. It offers free of cost main services. It has unique technology which makes it different from its customers. It works on sustainable competitive advantage over its service.

In terms of diversification, It has intensification in internet based other business offerings like search engines browsers, video streaming ( YouTube) , content services, Map services, advertising ( paid services ) , document management services drive ,cloud services , video calling, hangouts, payment services , etc.it has rightly analyzed the needs of internet or web based users. It has tapped the many unfold opportunities on cloud platform.

In terms of human resource strategy, it practices geo centric strategy. It hires global talent and nurtures them as per its vision, mission and values of the corporation. For example: Sundar Pichai an Indian origin is leading this great corporation.
