Working conditions significantly affect morale, production, and productivity. Here are some ways:

  • Insufficient space utilization: If employees don't have enough space and resources to work then they can not deliver their best. Therefore the spacious workplace increases the productivity of employees.
  • Inadequate workplace technology:

It is one of the most important things in the workplace because lag in technology decreases the morale or the employees and reduce their productivity.

  • Poor Lighting:

The thing that directly affects the working conditions in the workplace is undoubtedly lighting. Lack of good lighting can cause eye strain, health issues, fatigue, and can lead to accidents. It also reduces productivity.

  • Lack of balance and flexibility in the workplace.
  • Uncomfortable working environment.
  • Toxic orgnaztional culture.
