How do intergovermental and nongovernmental organizations work to address health issues in the world?
International organisations, bilateral organisations and non-governmental organisations for health work on the health challenges globally which cannot be solved by individual nations...These organisations have national agencies, regional offices and staffs across the country to analyse , study and formulate health development plans. They also find to implement the planned strategies. Overall, the aim of either of organisation is to improve global health.
International organisations
1) WHO
World health organisation is formulated almost after second world war..It has been working for the ultimate decision and problem solver of global health issues..They formulate health strategies and conduct researches and publish them..The core functions of WHO are to identify the epidemiology of health , find out new strategies to improve the health and test the effectiveness of health care measures.
2) world bank
It as the financial source for the entire world activities, obviously it help to give support to improve the health issues..It gives loans, grants and credits particularly to work on poverty.
3)UNICEF
It is the specific organisation for children. It works for children empowerment by working on poverty, education, child labour and child marriage.
Nongovernmental organisations
1) Doctor boards(MSF)
These are formed by some individual doctors to give care to the people who are below poverty line.
