In his company, he is known by all his colleagues and superiors as an honest worker whose decisions are always guided by ethical values. Recently, David came to know that due to the irresponsible disposal of company waste, the local groundwater has been contaminated. Because of this, a large number of people living in close proximity to the company have been suffering from severe diseases. However, in spite of knowing this, David does not take any action.

As reading the case, David behavior consequences that he is ethical only in business processes in supervision for organization productivity. He is honest, but the waste of the company is making the local groundwater become a contaminant.

As per his honesty, he found that waste disposal problems and this waste impact human lives. He honestly supervised the condition. As per the company's moral, he should not take any action until the appropriate guidelines come from head leaders.

Society's opinion on his behavior is not favorable because if he is honest and taking a decision honestly, then why not show honesty in for social safety. He should send a notice for the head, but he failed.

Likelihood of effect- David is the likelihood of an impact of wastage. He shows a high sense of duty that leads to living their concerns.

Time consequence- the time is you predictable things. He can't decide to solve waste handling. As per the time consequence, he should no be silent at that condition.

Relatedness - the industry wastage is directly affecting the related to the public. It describes that the individual extent is aware of the various ethical practices. He must be more aware of ethical challenges.

Reach of the result- the result that David does not know where wastage should be decomposed. His duty is only of the supervise the process of the industry commonly, honestly.
