How do you know what is expected of you at work? Discuss five expectations you feel are important for your position and describe who could be negatively affected should you not meeting those expectations. What are the best ways to communicate your expected performance and what method is used to evaluate your work? What does excellence look like in your current role?
Expectation from me while being at work and how do I know it:
At work expectation from me is that I should do my job in most efficient way and with quality and dedication. Apart from my regular task there are some additional task which I need to perform. I come to know my job and expectation at work from my line manager in the following manner:

If I should not do these things then our customer is one who is getting affected more as when there is lack in service and performance it is the end user who will suffer the most.
Best way to communicate the expected work is by assigning the KRA and R&R which means defining the key responsibility area and roles and responsibilities to the employee.
Best way to evaluate the work is performance appraisal system based on the ratings where manager can match the KRA defined and the actual performance done along with the external factors like survey of CSAT etc.
In my current role, excellence looks like in the form of customer satisfaction.
