What type of strategic LEADERSHIP planning and risk management would you think about?

In this condition as a clinic manager I would definitely be stopping at my clinic till the extent for looking after each and every employee that works in the clinic. Planning for proper drainage system as well as looking that every emergency backup is working would be the main leadership Theory that I would apply.
Showing transformational leadership approach in this category would be the most appropriate way as it would provide adequate travel support to the Employees as well as work structure that would increase of your adaptability in the respective environment.

Helping the family members and enjoying that each and every person from your facility is out of the specific place is essential as most of the people inside your organisation are looking forward to you for the help as you are the manager of the organisation and expected to be helping those people.

Planning the risk regarding specific evacuation plan and contacting and consistently looking at the weather forecast would be the most appropriate way of evacuating before the storm it's your location.

My following above guideline I would definitely be more reactive towards the specific condition and increase my adaptability in the respective environment as a leader.
