navigation and ease of use.
- Content – This aspect defines the text, video, audio and
illustrations on the website to express the message of the
company.
- Community – This defines the dialogue that happens among users
through reviews, discussion forums, or chat.
- Customization – This aspect refers to the level to which the
website could be tailored to be made more specific to each customer
through customer specific recommendations, or product reviews, or
past order purchased.
- Communication – This refer to the communication between the
e-commerce website and its customers through e-mails about new
product/service launches, notifications about promotional offers,
customer complaints or requests, etc.
- Connection – This refers to the links or interconnectivity of
