Business environment means all of the internal and external factors that affect how the company functions including employees, customers, management, supply and demand and business regulations.

Concepts / Qualities essential for Personal growth:

A) Think innovatively

This is the quality that’s is very much required for a successful entrepreneur. This is “Out of box thinking”, and the ability to see the totally from a different angle.

Example : Swiggy, Zomato completely change the way it thought about a food industry service.

This quality might also apply to an entrepreneur who is able to see how he or she can enter an established market and simply do things better and faster than competitors. This is a way of doing things differently.

B) Communication Skills / Communicate Clearly:

The ability to convey the information is an important aspect. Because this will make others to clearly understand as what is to be done. As an upcoming entrepreneur one should be able to articulate their vision, strategy and road map to stakeholders and investors, explaining why they are doing what they are doing. They need to be clear, energized and passionate and able to ask themselves.

C) Understanding ones strength and weakness:

Self-awareness is a quality which is often undervalued. One should understand the possible opportunities and threats in the market and should take decisions accordingly. Being over confident will sometimes lead into failures. The fact is those who start a business are not always the best people to run it once it has matured. One cannot be over confident in executing each and every activity through the business cycle instead they should realize it is time for someone else to take charge of a growing business.

D) Being Optimistic:

You know there is much to achieve and much good in this world, and you know what's worth fighting for. Optimism is a strategy for making a better future--unless you believe that the future can be better, you're unlikely to step up and take responsibility for making it so. When you want it, you make it happen. The world's greatest achievers are those who have stayed focused on their goals and been consistent in their efforts.

E) Willingness to learn.

One of the most important traits of successful people is a genuine desire and willingness to learn. We should have an open mind to learn from everyone and from every situation that come across. Every experience offers an opportunity to grow.

Its better to admit when we don’t know something. This receptivity keeps the minds nimble. Lifelong learning means that we are constantly exposed to new ideas and inspirations. When you immerse yourself in knowledge, your career can go to incredible places. Being in the business environment one should keep updated on the technological advancements to keep progressing with the competition.

Conclusion:

Attaining success is not simply a matter of luck. It’s a matter of taking the time to learn a trade, applying your knowledge and sticking with it, even in the face of adversity and potential failure along the way. So we should constantly sharp the saw of the good qualities that will help to enrich our knowledge.
