The process you used to establish Upgrading employee desktop computers and software for three regional offices:

Step 1: Preparing for change: In this step employees will be informed through the direct communication process using memos and emails about the upcoming change. In this process change management team will be prepared, the budget for implementing such a big change of upgrading desktop and software will be sanctioned. Employees will be trained to work on these upgraded desktop and software.

Step 2: Managing Change: In this step plans will be developed for implementing the desired change. First upgradation of desktop computers and software for one plant will be done in order to identify any errors if occurred. Then evaluating the results. Similar implementation will be done in two more regional offices.

Step 3: Reinforcing Change: Collecting and analyzing feedback on this upgradation from employees and other stakeholders will be done. If any gap will be identified, it will be managed by taking corrective and preventive measures.

  • Collecting feedback after duration of 5 days.
  • Managing gap management in another 1 week.

In order to schedule control throughout the project life cycle it is important to analyze and keep check on results in all the three phases:
