Let's discuss about Engine cooling system

The material used to manufacture car engine can withstand a limited temperature at the same time the combustion temperature is above 2000 degree Celsius. Such high temperature leads to permanent damage of engine. In order to limit the temperature of engine to a certain limit, coolant is used. The coolant removes heat from engine which is a useful energy so the heat lost in engine should be continously monitored. If the coolant temperature is very high then it shows that he useful heat energy of engine is wasted this leads to poor performance and efficiency of engine. At the same time if heat removed from engine is very low then engine temperature goes up leading to permanent damage. So engine temperature must be maintained in optimum level. To maintain the temperature sensing is required.The temperature sensor measure the temperature and sends a signal to the electronic control unit. The electronic control adjust the fuel injection and injection time to control the temperature. It also helps to sense coolant condition in cold countries
