How are these terms relevant to health program planning and evaluation?

How does the cultural diversity of populations affect the program planning and evaluation processes? Explain these in terms of the various stages of the planning and evaluation cycle.

Genuinely deversity means heterogeneous or different opinions , beliefs,values which is vary person to person.for example ,India is great diversity countey because here everyy person have different culture, tradition, religion and ofcouse diversified opinion.Health disparities means there is difference in access or availability of facilities to protect health from diseases.health disparities is means to provide health facilities on the basis of socio-economic, gender,culture or caste.for example,India still women are not get availble opportunity to acess good health facilities as compare men's in patritiach society.

The term diversity and health disparities are correlated to each other.if theere is great diversity then obviously health disparities take place extensively.because there will less probablity to equally provide quality health facilities.for example,in India ,dalit are still lag behind to acess of health facilities because they are regarded untouchable by the upper caste people and deprived from health benefits.so while policy and programme is made then it creates complexity to access equal oppertunity of health sevice.

Culture means set of beliefs, values a commpc group of people.culture practice make great influence on hygineh practice and mental illness.so such kind culture affect on health and related to health program also.so the cultural diversity of population affect the various stage ofprogrammef planning and evaluation cycle in following way.

COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSWASSESS: firstly make a major step to define health and it's importance .beside individual needs and willingness should keep in mind in prespctive health program.

PROGRAM THEORY AND DEVELOPMENT (stage and cycle):There should be rationally identified the contributing factor of health disparities , role of discrimination and culture bound health behavior in disparities.(cycle and stage):

PROGRAM EFFECT EVALUATION: language survey through questionary, acess to culturally and ethinically controll group.

PROGRAM INTERVENTION DELIVERY:type of intervention,length of time participant s recieve intervention,amou amount of intervention.

CultuaCu diversity of population greatly affect the planning proggpr that already have discussed.in south Africa there least possiblity to born whilte infant due balck colour which is culture diversity and planning and evaluation also should bon basis of their cultural prepctpres.on other hand Indian pepplp are more vulnerable to prone diseases like heart diseases and diabetes as compare american people.in India heath program planning and evaluation completely will be different as compare America.
