Resource management is defined as the utilisation of the available resources in an effective and efficient manner . This term is generally used for the work in organisation , the resources may include human skills , finincial , inventory, priduction resources . So, in resource management the work is to arrange and allocate available resources to meet the aim of effective and efficient use .

Let's take an example of the wedding only in which we talked about this term -

In wedding , the person who was organizing the event would like to organise so that maximum benefit could occur to him interms of money without compormising with the quality of services . So, for that he needs to do optimization of resources . Example according to the guests comming he would allocate waiters proportional to that , not much because it would be waste of money and not less because it could compormise with service .
