Four people who will attend have dietary requirements, of these two people are vegans, one is gluten free, and one is both gluten and dairy free. Your mum loves to cook, you love to decorate, your dad loves to clean, your brother and sister love planning the menu.

(1) Imagine that this is a project. Develop a RACI to document the key tasks that are required to be completed for the lunch, assigning roles and responsibilities. Imagine that your brother and sister argue about what should go on the menu. How could you use the RACI to resolve this conflict?

(2) Complete a stakeholder analysis. Who are stakeholders of the lunch? What is their role/interest? How will you manage stakeholder relationship to ensure that all salient stakeholders enjoy the lunch? Hint: watch the lecture for week 10 to ensure that you understand what a salient stakeholder is.

(3) Develop a communication plan for the project. Who do you need to communicate with about what? How will you do this, e.g., face to face meetings, emails, text, phone call, zoom, Facebook, etc.

As there is party and in your family you are five member with your mother,father and one brother,one sister who have different duties to complet the task for party to invite the 20 people who are the guest for the party.

So first as In the R= Responsible ,as party in organising by a family of 5 memebr so they all are responsible for every work which assigned them to complete on time.

Second A=Accountable is all the five member for party and in sequence the work and duties are assigned.As the mom are assigned with a duty of making food for the 20 people who are the guest in the party.Father as assigned with duty of cleaning the house.Me assigned has a duty of decoration in the house.THe brother and sister are assigned with the duty of deciding the menu.

Third C=Consulted is the person who consult and give advise for something so as the organiser the brother and sister who are deciding the menu are the group of consulted.  

Fourth I= Informed,the people who are going to have information regarding something,as the 20 people who have to be informed by the family for the party invitation.

The Stakeholder Analysis,As the Stakeholder for lunch is all the 20 people who are going to be inivited for party and as the mom having duty of preparing food according to the likes and dislikes and what they eat at vegan or non-vegan .

As out of 20 we have information of 4 people who are our salient stakeholder having some important requirement as on diet and from them 2 people are vegan and one is gluten free and 4th is glutem and dairy free,so mom has to prepare food according to requirement and in the menu it should be decided as vegan and non-vegan both food will available and also somne food will gluten free and have some dairy product and have some dairy free product and from 20 of 16 can eat anything so mom can prepare the food according to it but the brother and sister should have to make proper menu.

WIth 20 people attending the party they have to make a proper seating dining for lunch with proper cleaness and with all the requirement fulfilement so that the all stakeholder can enjoy the lunch.To make there relationship good the family also can held the dance,music and a theme dress to make more attractive the party and some games which helps all people to know about each other.

As in the party there will be 20 guests are expecting so firstly from all the five member of the family any one have to inform the guest with the right mode of communication.they can use zoom,facebook,phone call,emails and also face to face meeting so

Tthey can use and make a proper message to invite the people send on there message,emails,on facebook as well.

• They can also use the mouth communication to invite the people.
• The best option is that they can make a short tiny inviation card with written invitation to invite people
• They can go to people house and can gave them invitation card so that they can also informed.

A Communication Plan

A communication plan should becontained specification information which we are going to inform to stakeholders by using what method.As to invite the stakeholder we can make a very good communication plan which can be

• Develope a brand statement as who you are and what are you going to do
• Identify what your unique statement (What you are going to inform)
• Identify your objective (As the objective is to inform the people about party)
• Develope the people (As we have 20 peopel to inform and invite about party)
• Understand the others key as well
• Determine what people need to know(As we having a christmas lunch so it is our story they need to know)
• Choose the channel( As from which channel we should inform them,facebook,zoom,face to face ,phone call,email etc.. so the best option is make a message and send on their phone message and make a short tiny invitation card and go to there house and invite them politely)
• PLan a message (Now we have to plan what we need to write on invitation card and on message so that the peoplke can be invited)
• Determine important events (As there is christmas eve lunch at house)
• Set your communication goal (The important information to be shared)
• Plan content(Write a proper message on card)
• Mesaure your impact (As how many reaction you got after inviting the people.)
