* first we have to arrange 200 seats in conference hall with neat and clean area

* next decorate party hall with excellent decoraters

* next preparing the best food items like veg and non veg food iteans as the turkey peole like it

* prepare good starters like veg and non veg

* keep neat washrooms , and dining area

* prepare a stage with neat decoration and add some cultural programs for enjoyment of guests

after starting event :

* Invite the guests with good greetings and after all the guests come to the party hall at evening party goes on

* with request of customers arrange a entertainment programs like as they wish

* next send welcome drinks to all the guests

* next after the 1 or 1 and half our send the starters to the guests

* while giving welcome drinks and starters service boy must be clean with neat shave

* next this is evening party so with the reqt of customers put the bar counter also along with food counter

* while starters are giving allow guest to bar counter as they enjoy the party

* in middle of this time clean the plates of this starters and at bar counter

* always put 20 boys for clearance and 10 boys for serving as the guest should not wait for the food

* after the 2 hours start the food counter ( food should be neat with coverd )

* cultural programs should not be stoped until the program complted

* after completion of dinner take a slow relax party is over and wait until the guests moves from the party hall to rooms
