FAST Co. continues to grow. The staff mix is becoming increasingly diverse. With increased diversity you have also noticed increased segregation of cultural groups within the company. This hasn't had an impact on quality of work yet but you are concerned that if it continued there may be an impact.

The things that can be undertaken for a program of increasing tolerance and cultural diversity are:
1. Developing clearly defined objectives of a diversity and inclusion training program to provide various ways of dealing with discrimination and prejudice based on ethnicity, race, religion, language and others.
2. Preparing and maintaining the cultural diversity and inclusion program over a long period to influence employees’ attitudes, behaviors and knowledge about diverse groups.
3. Identifying the unique challenges and objectives of the cultural diversity in the organization and consequently, using them as a basis of foundation for the program.
4. Planning an integrated approach with several methods of instruction, trainings, lectures, exercises and lectures for increasing tolerance towards other cultures.
5. Training should be made mandatory for all the members of the company regardless of their status.
6. Hiring an expert cultural diversity trainer for providing quality and professional training.
7. Creating various opportunities for increasing cultural awareness amongst the employees.
8. Introducing diversity-friendly policies into the primary ones of the company.
