What are 3 ways to add receipts to QuickBooks Online Receipt Capture?
The three ways to add receipts to QuickBooks Online Receipt Capture are:
For the 1st way set up account to email receipts and for this add senders. If this is not done then the only people who will be able to email will be the Master Admin and of the QuickBooks Online account and Accountant Firm users. Senders can be added by going to Banking then Receipts and then Manage senders.
For the 2nd way use drag/drop and you can see it in the Reviewed tab in the Receipts center.
For the 3rd way go to the app and select “Receipt Capture” option. Then you can take a picture and upload it to QuickBooks. When you log in via desktop, your receipt will be waiting for you to review using the process above.
