As a manager, you will often encounter situations related to diversity challenges that are new to you and you will depend on resources to help you guide your actions. Research websites, books, or journals and see what possible resources exist for you to deal with new challenges.
Identify two resources other than what has been provided on the lecture pages (be sure to include the link or specific information so the readers can research them as well.) and provide how each might be useful to you as a manager in the workplace. Include your thoughts on the credibility of the sources and any limitations they might have.

Resources or strategies to encounter situations related to diversity challenges at workplace:
*Effective internal communications
*motivation and learning training program
These strategies will help to resolve any issues due to diversified workforce presence in the organisation. The manager can resolve such issues by effective communication system to keep every member integrated despite of his diversified background and cultural values. It is important to maintain good communication system with all the relevant aspects like language barrier, ease is reporting, approachability, etc to make every individual feel he is concerned and have right to report or complain to the higher authorities. Training and development program must not only be meant for learning and enhancing the skills but also for motivating the employees to know each other, respect each other's cultural values, beliefs and attitudes. These training program will help the employees to resolve conflicts, in a constructive way help them to create and embrace healthy environment and to work with a team spirit with increased productivity.
These sources are credible and practical to be applied to overcome diversity challenges. Other than this there are various resources which can also helps managers to encounter such issues like empowerment, involving them in decision making, listening them respecting there opinions and thoughts, networking, etc. The only limitation is that there will be cost associated to it time invested in it to get desired outcome.
