Development is a natural process and almost all the individuals face the same process of development. I am a teacher and I have seen many students from their early childhood and after adolescent they leave the school. Therefore I know how the children group and what changes appear in them.

John is one of my close students. I noticed the development of John. When he reached at adolescence there was sudden growth of height and weight. His bones and muscles appeared to be stronger. I noticed facial hairs in him and there was broadening of the shoulders and deepening of the voice. I also noticed some change in his behaviour. He wanted to get close relationship with girls. If he would be said any insulting one before any girl he would be angry and he wanted to protect against it. He had it frend circles of his own age and he wanted to spend time with them.

There was also think in his mental understanding. He was more curious and more love we will. He was also capable to understand many things and he became more concentrated. He would love honesty and duty. He wanted to fulfill his hobbies. He would like to to read poetry and his hobby reading story book. He would like to read mythological story and he would also wonder how such activities possible as was there in the mythological stories.

I also found a sense of insecurity in him. But there was increase of social conformity and he would try to adapt herself with group behaviour. His interest to various studies also helped him to think in serious way.

But I found emotional instability in him. His moods fluctuated between opposite impulses. Sometimes he would appear anxious. He was very sensitive and I also found that he would like to read adult story. He would love to talk with girls.
