Google need to the following reforms to its business and management structure to be an ethical name:

1) It must stop showing any unethical activities, things, content etc from its official search engines.

2) It should offer its employees freedom to suggest and say their concerns.

3) A team of executives making effort to address the areas of concern related to ethical business.

4) Google must involve itself in a business which has ethical perspectives.

5) It must contribute significantly to Global CSR activities.

6) It must start an online ethical series of learning which might be change the fortune of the millions of the people across the globe.

7) It should change its business objectives to sustainable as well as value based practices.

In my view, Google should work to transform its business with corporate parenting strategies. It should redesign its business structure as divisional and virtual mix. For example: Corporate headquarter will create a policy by taking suggestions from the bottom line employees. It must offer a policy to employees who encourage them to do great cause to the mankind and the society. It should promote employees development and growth which will boost its business performance.

To manage the external market forces, it should formulate a ethical policy. It must be implemented by its CEO, BOD and employees up to their scope and reach. Employees must be given training against ethical standards. A performances measurement will be taken place and necessary actions will be taken if any wrong or unethical practices will be observed by the employees. It should use its technology to actively perform the ethical functions of the management.
