Google tries to implement a lot of sustainable business practices and strategies in these days. The following are some of the sustainability and sustainable business practices and strategies of Google.

• Google offers eco-friendly modes of transportation within many of its campuses.
• The company buys imperfect fruits and vegetables to its campuses as they believe that this category of fruits and vegetables is having a chance to get wasted as it is not aesthetically attractive.
• Many of the Google campuses across the globe are growing vegetables on their own premises.
• Google offers shuttle services to its headquarters as a move to reduce the number of cars on the road and thereby reducing the carbon emission.
• Google uses a system called LeanPath to reduce the waste of food on their campuses.

Google has taken a number of steps to put its ethical principles into practice. Google has brought out a Google Code of Conduct which says ethical principles to be followed by everyone in the company including its employees, board members, and partners, etc. As part of the move to be an ethical company, Google has made all its working environments funny and stimulating. The company has also invested in solar and wind power projects heavily. The company is addressing problems such as gender imbalances by way of providing academic scholarships for women. The company is also donating money for many good causes including wildlife conservation, computer literacy programs, etc.
